Bourj Hammoud + Jbeil

Uno de los días en que Friendship Team estuvo acá, fuimos al centro de influencia en Bourj Hammoud y los chicos tuvieron un programa con todos los niños sirios que asisten regularmente al centro. Cantaron, hicieron algunas representaciones de historias de la Biblia, manualidades, y juegos afuera.
Cuando terminamos, nos dirigimos hacia Jbeil (Byblos). En el camino paramos en una pared de rocas antigua en la cual hay placas con inscripciones de los diferentes reinos que pasaron por Líbano y conquistaron el territoria. Hay placas de Nabucodonosor, Napoleón, ingleses, y muchos más.
Un poco después llegamos a Jbeil y pasamos un rato ahí.

One of the days while the Friendship Team was here, we went to the center of influence in Bourj Hammoud and the team had a program for all the Syrian kids that attend the center regularly. They sang, made some skits of Bible stories, crafts, and games outside.
When we finished there, we started going towards Jbeil (Byblos). On the way we stopped at a very old rock wall that has inscriptions of different kingdoms that passed through Lebanon and conquered the territory. There is an inscription from Nebuchadnezzar, Napoleon, the English, and many more.
A while later we arrived at Jbeil and spent some time there.

Tyr & Saida - Friendship Team

When the Friendship Team from Andrews University came to have the week of prayer, we took them to Tyr and Sidon. It was a great day!

El centro de influencia "For your life" organiza una salida al mes a algún lugar de Líbano. En febrero fuimos a Jbeil, también conocido como Byblos. Algunas fotitos del hermoso domingo que pasamos.

The "For your life" center of influence organized an outing once a month to some place in Lebanon. In February we went to Jbeil, also known as Byblos. Here are some pictures of the beautiful Sunday we had.

Otra de las actividades que tuvimos al comienzo del año fue un almuerzo a la canasta con la iglesia, y la despedida de Hanan que se graduó y volvió a Sudán del Sur a trabajar. 

Another of the activities we had at the beginning of the year was a church potlock, and the farewell party for Hanan, who graduated and went back to South Sudan to work.

El centro de influencia "For your life" tuve su primer aniversario. Vinieron varias autoridades y se hizo un pequeño acto.

The "For your life" center of influence had its first anniversary. Several authorities came and had a small ceremony.
