Brunch en las montañas - Brunch at the mountains

Hace un par de domingos, salimos con amigos (Suhad, JJ, Chanmin y Sukyoung) a un restaurant en las montañas para tener un brunch. Pasamos lindo y conocimos un poco más del paisaje libanés.

A couple of Sundays ago we went out with some friends (Suhad, JJ, Chanmin and Sukyoung) to a restaurant at the mountains to have brunch. We had a great time and now we know some more of the Lebanese landscape.

Bishmezzine - 2

El sábado pasado volvimos a ir a la iglesia que se reúne en Bishmezzine, y además de disfrutar de los servicios con los hermanos, a la tarde todos los chicos salieron a repartir volantes sobre salud. Una experiencia interesante en un lugar difícil de llegar. La mayoría de los chicos nunca había hecho algo así. ¡Gracias, Dios, por enseñarnos tanto!

Last Sabbath we went again to the church that meets in Bishmezzine, and besides enjoying the morning services with the brethren, all the students went to give out health flyers in the afternoon. It was an interesting experience in a difficult place. Most of the students never had an experience like this. Thank you, Lord, for teaching us so much!!

Tannourine

A fines de abril, el centro de influencia "For your life" organizó un nuevo viaje a conocer más de Líbano. Esta vez fue a las montañas de Tannourine. Fuimos a la iglesia Lady of Harissa, a la reserva natural de cedros en Tannourine, y a la cascada Baatara en Balaa. Fue un domingo de caminata y naturaleza.

At the end of April, the "For your life" center of influence organized a new trip to know more about Lebanon. This time it was to the mountains of Tannourine. We went to the Lady of Harissa Church, the Tannourine Ceders Natural Reserva, and the Baatara Pothole and Waterfall in Balaa. It was a Sunday of hiking and nature.

Bishmezzine

El sábado 19 de abril llevamos a un grupo de estudiantes y miembros de la escuela sabática de jóvenes adultos a la iglesia de Bishmezzine a tener el culto allá y apoyar a la pequeña iglesia que se reúne allí. Los miembros de la iglesia son todos adultos, y disfrutamos de un hermoso sábado todos juntos.

On Sabbath April 19th we took a group of students, members of our youth adults sabbath school, to the Bishmezzine church to have the services there and support the small church that attends that church. The church members are all grown-up adults, and we had an amazing Sabbath together.
