Europa - Europe 5

On Wednesday we got up very early and by 5 we were on a train to Rome. We arrived mid-morning and left our backpacks in a hotel before starting the walk towards the Coliseum. Paying a couple extra dollars we got into a tour and skipped the line... totally worthy, and spend a while inside the Coliseum. From there we went to the Foro Romano to see some more ruins, and when we were finishing there it started to rain lightly. We were on our way to the Fontana di Trevi and saw a small museum. The rain was getting worse and worse so we got in the museum just before the guard closed the door so that people wouldn´t get in only because of the rain, hahah! The museum was about ships. I never learned the name, but it has treasure chests and parts of ships. It was nice. The rain kept going so we bought a couple of cheap umbrellas and kept walking to the Fontana di Trevi. From there we went to the Pantheon, and walked through beautiful little streets to the Ponte Sisto. After a couple of pictures we started to go back to the hotel. Of course there were no toilets anywhere, so we ended up going into de Museum Vittoriano, where we had decided not to go, but went to use their toilet, haha! On the way back we stopped for an ice-cream, of course, and then we rested for a couple of hours befire going out for some Italian pizza and pasta.

  1. Qué belleza esas callesitas! Yo quiero!
